Terms of Use
Last updated: August 9, 2026
Looking for Kolton Consulting's Terms of Use? It's here: kolton.consulting/terms.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) cover your use of kolton.net (“the Site”), my personal site. I'm Kolton Prymula, based in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. By using the Site you agree to these Terms.
1. What the Site is
It's a personal site: posts, photos, what I'm listening to, and a bit about me. Nothing here is professional advice of any kind — it's just my own stuff, opinions, and life, described as such.
2. Using the Site
Use it like a normal visitor: read it, share a link, say hi. Don't try to break into it, overload it, scrape it abusively, submit malicious content through the forms, or misrepresent who you are.
3. If you get in touch
Anything you send through the Get in touch form is read by me and used to respond to you — see the Privacy Policy for how it's stored. I won't publish your message without asking first.
4. Content & ownership
Everything on the Site — writing, photos, video, design — is mine unless a post says otherwise, and it isn't licensed for you to republish or reuse commercially without asking. Feel free to link to it.
5. Third-party links & embeds
Links to Spotify, Instagram, LinkedIn, and similar, plus the embedded Spotify album art and OpenStreetMap maps, are governed by those services' own terms. I'm not responsible for their content or availability.
6. No warranty
The Site is provided “as is,” with no guarantee it'll be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available. It's a personal project, not a service with an SLA.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows it, I'm not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using the Site. This doesn't limit anything that can't legally be limited.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
9. Changes & contact
I may update these Terms from time to time; the date at the top will change when I do. Questions: Kolton Prymula, Santa Rosa Beach, Florida — hi@kolton.net.
